Administrators READ!

Don't ban players without clearly reason or only because of report from someone. You have to /lspec the player and verify if he really use some kind of mods/hacks. If u can not recognize the mods/hacks read in google about it or download s0beits and learn how they work, until that moment the hacker will play IN THE GAME . Today we start again banning players for no reason just from doubts. I received three reports for aimbot and two of them doesn't even hit me! The ban of player for no reason is seriously BAD THING! If that not stop i will vote to demote admins to level 2 - /kick .
Check the lag , all say that the server lag ALOT - is the general reason to keep low activity day after day .

Last night when i join the server received 20 messages about how all admins are so lazy and ignoring the reports whole time . The ''Axe'' family play in this server from now on , Sam Axe told me ''u have to motivate ur admins man, they are so lazy''. Motivate with what?With beer? I want to play 2 man WTF , with 3 admins online and 30 players we cant deal with the situlation , this is circus and shame . I got flood by reports and messages all the time. Evan if the admin app are closed any member before get promote must fill one of them to show if he really can deal with that job. Dancing around map , tunning cars , organize personal duels WTF IS THAT MAN? The head are all inactive i really need some help , REALLY. I need admin on duty which to work and show some progression like PK , like some of the old admins. If in this server has no such admin THEN FIND SOMEONE FROM SOMEWHERE , or Faqahat to start duty???...absurd . Make Cobra as admin so we can be sure of that we had duty admin again. If u think im not right fine .
I have to kick our own admins by abusing and reasons (get a rest).....circus . I am not blind dude , i know how was before and how is now , we need admin roadster with denomination and --->denomination<---

To be honest guys, this topic was long going and it started from CoRz I believe. One admin is enough to administrate AT LEAST 20 players. I myself with Ruby and Grifas, we used to administrate alone at sometimes when only one of us were online with around 70 players (and yes, we did spectate the entire server of around 70 players alone). That's why many of us former admins disagreed with the idea of application and in-game statistics (like what's being appealed to BR right now since long ago).

I can wait , but not too long. Have an idea and time maybe to train Admin from the bottom to the top , and all this will do it myself. Probably i'm not proffesional admin , but know how to keep my eyes open all the time and where to watch with them. More ppl here open them eyes after seeing some erotic ad around internet or cartoon show to spongebob. In RP server with 130 players online 3-4 admins deal with all without any problems , i am sure more admins here has no idea what is to be admin in RP server - DM duty x3 ....they will collapse. From 200 cmds know by heart only /gimmibike , /gimmiarmour , /gimmisandwich and cocacola... Is not important the number of administrators , is important the way they work . I prefer 4 administrator less but one professional to replace them. The administrators really need to ignore the attacks and provocations sometimes leading to a ban of somebody. -Must know how to accept loss also.

Man people insult me all the time and i keep them IG until the cup spill over....btw i think i was nice with his ban the players get over my head sometimes. This member was IG half hr without any battles , like BK with another name or Style . Just start insult and from now on any insult to administrator for no reason leads to ban .

We just need more admins cause most of them are inactive now...
I know 3 or 4 good soldiers, if the admin apply opens, i'll give their names.

Do we need 6 administrators to rein the situation with 40 players? I am down with that the admin application to re-open , maybe some experienced admin will come out of his hole and apply.

Faqa said we will open admin apps after lssw10 comes out. Btw I try to be most times online, but im most time inactive cuz my school. Many things to study. After christmas I will be more online, I have more freetime then
