more administrators on the server

as i continue to play on this server, which is great in all, the biggest problem we have is 'hackers'
whenever hackers join the server, absolutely no admins are on. you do have a 150 playerslot server. what's the problem?

Aight we have lot of admins and when they offline you cam simply report hackers and post the pics here so they can know there name and they will ban them when see IG,dont worry admins know there job

No, hopefully it won't be open. Admins has to be STRICTLY checked and I do mean strictly - not all kind and soft for the sake of their fun. Being an administrator means fun too, yes. But, don't forget what could also tear the server down like some big roleplay server's that went down because of that. This server burned lots of cash + many of Faq's accounts were frozen for this server. Don't fuck it up for fun.

As I moderate the server, I deeply monitor other administrators and their on-going work. Respect, method of actions, thought of mind, etc. I've seen that most admins spend their admin time playing and increasing their stats.

Roxy for example is being pulled from side to side by some of the community members, yet she has been doing a really great work on top of all the admins (Marwan out of the list, his a head admin soso).

I'm pointing this out to the other admins, please keep your fucking work on a line because the server is going down with those hackers and you're ignorance. Just because no one is shouting "HACKER" or reporting, doesn't mean none are in the server. Learn about CLEOs (Lag.cs/aimbot/etc) and before you come and call yourself a professional admin, STUDY the hacking techniques - like go to an cheat-active server with another player.

During the time where me, Corey and a couple of others were moderating, we really warned hard about this and the ignorance that's going in the admin team. Watch yourselves.

But if the ADMINS are offline, What can we do for that?

Like how one of them said, report it on forums OR use /report because every admin has a /reports cmd.

What /reports basically does is to show us a list of all previous reports that have been reported in the previous hour or 2 or even 3. We can see that, we come back online - the first thing we do is /reports to check for present and previous reports that can be solved or investigated.

A NOTE TO ALL PLAYERS:
I personally started warning out via /announce, /asay, and other cmds saying that announcing any hacker in public will result in a /warn and /jail for 5 minutes for Announcing a hacker publicly. Please help spread this in which will help avoiding the situation where the hacker would toggle and get away with it (as usual). PM'ing an admin In-Game is okay, you can do that as many have done. PMing an admin via FORUMS PM is also okay, I check my PM daily.

Keep it up to whoever reports 24/7.

Roxy : Roxy Before you understand what admin team means You used to abuse to the max i have some videos which you DM with the god mod enable and saying last chance next one who attacks me dies but after she understood everything she is Doing a great addon in this server , In the ban logs 75% of ban in a day are from Roxy

PK : You'll bring this server to the best and You'll Keep it on Feet only if you were active I saw you only couple times in like 2 months

pepsi.cola : Pepsi Cola was interested in BR after he heard that if you only be Admin if you are a professional BR and Good enough for admin He tried many times but his Unprofessional Act and behavior stopped him

Stryker : Stryker is a good guy but also turned inactive after Roxy received Promotion


Redbull : Redbull is a great admin and a respectful guy Which is a good behavior as an Admin Never saw him abusing or something Keep it up
Wes : Wes is a guy who got banned even more than me back when i was a Level 2 admin , This guy keep Giving himself Restricted weapons which the last Time i unbanned him he told me I will give my self a low weapon

Pranesh : Pranesh is a head admin but i don't really see him in this server he is Extermley Inactive It would be great if we see you in game a lot again

Faqahat : Faqahat is the Developer and founder of this server too bad he is busy in his life And don't have time to log in or Do something regarding the server i used to talk to faqahat daily but these couple of weeks I Don't see him a lot

If the admins weren't Inactive i wouldn't Got the Server Manager Position

Good News : Good news is that the server statistic is getting high which the average players now is Around 60-70 Which is a good thing for a server

Bad News : The Bad news is in those Average Players 20% are Hackers Which i recently used to watch the ban logs a lot The average Ban players in a day is around 15 to 25 players Daily

Agree with all you guys said but i have two real suggestions for lssw server :

First is : The only admin that i see everyday in the server is REDBULL, unfortunately he has only admin level 2, marwan and Faqa , give him more power cause he does a great job here but he cant ban !!! Stryker too needs more power.

The second : Jay, deemoh and jachin << 3 new BR members who never cheated, maybe its time for them to become admins like you did for Wes. I trust them no doubt.

If you want add more admins in the server, promote these 3BR

This is nothing i try it to be on duty moving around but was bad idea , because they fired you purposely . I always try to help to all players in this game bugged , spawned somewhere in the map , on foot in las venturas , san fiero , giving them cars , bikes , planes and all to keep their traveling or what they do there......I will not explain (/stats) Don't show videos and never mention such things again .
Let we all keep together .

You said about 20% of hackers. Really there are 20% hackers with 2 or 3 admins. If there is no admin there are 80% of hackers only in the server.

I'll play more than night in day time. When i have day most probably others(i mean admins) have night, So when i play mostly no BR members or Admins will be there. Some times i and Jay will be playing.

I have seen hackers in front of me. But what to do, if there are any admins we can report. But if there is no admins i simply quit the server and watch TV. Cause i dont like to play with HACKERS, Abusers. Sometimes, some guys advertise their own server. I'll say "Dont do this, or else you will be kicked by admins". and they'll say "Let me see what thay can do". That time For me........Grrrrr.....

And Thank you very much Oui<3 for your support in Me, Jay & DeeMoh. You keep on shouting like this, lets see what other admins say about this.

About Jay, Deemoh and Jachin - no. I hate this fact where BR members are being set for classification in the server. Respect them the most or else you'll be raped against a wall by a spoon. I know this because back when Faqahat ran UK-RP many members said the hitman faction will only be for BR members and acted all up might on it.

No offense here towards anyone, you may keep your head up and show how proud you are - but, don't go to far. In Islam, we call it 'Takabor', in other ways acting all mighty up on others.

Many admins have donated for their levels, but for the people who will work their asses from the bottom, THAT is the hard job (because I've never donated - that's where I went all the way to Level 7). I've seen something in DeeMoh which I must say, I'm impressed. But, still I believe in equality - he will be like the rest even if he was SA-MP's best shooter. He'll go through what other hard working admins went through, like Andrew for example.

I'm very much depending on Pranesh on controlling the clan since Faqahat isn't around. But, even Pranesh I'm watching over him - you never know, it might be useful and give him something to make it into something better. I'm not a BR member, but I also watch over others. If you looked at my previous rebellion post topics - I've spoken a lot about BR and how it's a representative. One of the things Littlewhitey told me when we were in a Skype chat is that if someone is building a clan for his server - any mistake within the clan can absolutely destroy the image of your whole community.

Watch over every step, you never know when you'll go over those debts.
