The three strikes rule and suggestion weapon drops again!

So if you have been warned and kicked off the server three or more times then admins should be able to tempban them for a day or even a week. (Depends on the offence)

Yes i know, we already do this, but if the players know if they rulebreak they could get a tempban then this will reduce the rulebreaking and make life much easier for players and for admins doing /warn and /jail

To send this message across you could use something like the /donate thing that comes up.
Saying something like

Beware if you are caught rulebreaking too much you will receive a tempban, i dunno XD something among those lines.

Weapon drops, drop their weapons when they die and money from them, not a lot of money just some.
