Ok i think you are confused in this Situation .

Q).What Can i do when i see a Car Ramer / Parker.
A).If you are a normal Player you can just /report him.
If you are An admin What you need to do is Slap + Warn Him.
If He repeats his act you can jail him for 1-2 Minutes .if you ain`t are eligible of jailing you can Tell your Senior Online Admin To do it or if no one is around you can just keep warning and will be auto kicked .
