Tell us why we should pick you as our new moderator(20 lines atleast):
First, I'd rather be accepted or denied because of getting accused of hacks like "aimbot" and getting banned on the server.
Second, I do have the experience of being an admin on other online games.
Third, I do know some of the admin commands on the server.
Since, Im on different "Timezones" im on the side of the planet on the Southeast Asia..

*Im a trusted person when reporting a player from any bad reason like hacking,insulting etc.

*I give a chance on people who do bad things to me

Do you check complete forums daily? : Not daily but I do check a couple of topics that I maybe needed.
Do you follow Server rules? : Yes, of course everybody follow the rules but not the rest like hackers and players that doesn't have an understanding to play.
Do you have any knowledge of Scripting, Mapping, or Photoshop? : Yes I do Photoshop and Mapping.
Mention what you know about SA-MP hacks and how to bust them : By taking a couple of information and taking SS of those things that they are doing are bad.
Tell us about U-AC:
U-AC is an anti-cheat or anti-hack program which can be download and install in a player's computer
It detects hacks like s0beit and other installed hack programs.
What Will You do if you see a Sobiet User?:
If there is an admin I would do /report [id] [reason]
If there is no admin I will take a proof of his hack and report or call a higher level admin.
How will you react if you see some kind of danger to server which is out of your control?:
I will contact a higher level admin and to make his job as soon as he succeded the warning to the server.
What will you do if you see two player fighting and insulting each other?:
I do know a command of an admin to make players behave. Like /warn [id] [reason] and by /mute [id] [reason]
So.. that's how you manage the two players whose fighting and insulting each  other.
Explain The term Admin Abuse:
Admin Abuse is by using his power into a bad side and making the server sucks and by initiating things badly.
Often by becoming power hungry and causing trouble just for their own amusement.

Anything you want to mention?:
I mention that when I play on the server there is no admin to ban or kick players who do bad things to the server or to the players.
So.. because of timezones there is no admin on my timezone either there is an admin who doesnt sleep or who do play to the server into the entire midnight.
I could do my best to handle things better to the server on my timezone.

Well you are active in the mornings and we really need a a extra admin in the morning. i hope you be active and you follow the rules. i hope you become a little mature and stop the usless stuff you do ig even for fun. i will give you a +1 i hope you get a shot.
