giving money in game

Hi, i asked this many times in game but nobody ever respond, so i guess if i want to know the answer i gotta make topic here. So here is my question, is on BR server posibble to give ingame-cash to some player ? and i dont mean admin command, i mean command for normal users, because i would like to help my friend who started playing on LS.SW server by giving him some money. it was possible on every server 3 years back when i was playing SA-MP, it was simple command /givemoney id ammount, but didnt work on BR server.

sounds good, and i know why its removed. Money Hacker used that cmd for giving other player much money, and after that, the players got banned for money Hacks, but they didn't do anything, thats why. So ehmm idk if we should add it again
