My Leader Vote Is Done/Results

Im not BR member but i have too some words for this : I think BR Leader must have skills and must be better the other members for that this means "Leader"...But roxy need too much training for her skills idk meybe like "pranesh" or "Jay" for Leader...Leader must seek to be clan strong....Just "Important is skills"

Michlen u never know it who is ur leader right?..and left after that...Pranesh is leader of the clan from a very long time , i only offer my help as Co Leader after Jay refuse....no one can deal alone with that.

So as u see im not gonna be a Co Leader of this clan. Like Co Leader i want it make some changes :
1. Before accept or denied member to discussed all together - why.
2. To provide denied members of playing  and prosecution of better skills , not only to reject them like ''go away noob and leave the server'' .
3. To bring back the duels before accepting in which if u fail u denied .
4. More high demands before apply , example: 3/3.5 ratio and 700/800 kills - so we can be sure this member is active and will stay as such....
5. .....ect

I am not gonna be a Co Leader of this clan , so that mean most application can stay unsupervised and most new members without instruction.
What Leader Mean

3.Leadership involves establishing a clear vision , sharing that vision with others so that they will follow willingly , providing the information.
4.Knowledge and methods to realize that vision, and coordinating and balancing the conflicting nterests of all members and stakeholders.
