My Leader Vote Is Done/Results

So as u see im not gonna be a Co Leader of this clan. Like Co Leader i want it make some changes :
1. Before accept or denied member to discussed all together - why.
2. To provide denied members of playing  and prosecution of better skills , not only to reject them like ''go away noob and leave the server'' .
3. To bring back the duels before accepting in which if u fail u denied .
4. More high demands before apply , example: 3/3.5 ratio and 700/800 kills - so we can be sure this member is active and will stay as such....
5. .....ect
6. .....ect

I am not gonna be a Co Leader of this clan , so that mean most application can stay unsupervised and most new members without instruction.
What Leader Mean
1. The individuals who are the leaders in an organization, regarded collectively.
2. The activity of leading a group of people or an organization or the ability to do this.
3.Leadership involves establishing a clear vision , sharing that vision with others so that they will follow willingly , providing the information.
4.Knowledge and methods to realize that vision, and coordinating and balancing the conflicting nterests of all members and stakeholders.
........and C Bug as u see..........i can find a members with which the newbies can duel .

Jay refused to lead the clan so the applications are out of hand most times. ChronicZ and Robin are not around also . I set a dead line/edit the post . The BR members which do not vote is automatically -1...the chose is yours , but don't cry on my shoulder next time.

i never saw a post like this in the history of BR and LS-SW
no one was such a power hungry
BR is a clan not a place make app and get accepted
i and many other got denied 4-5 times just for not having all +1 votes
and even all the leaders go inactive no one posted a post like this
if a normal player want to take a final decision he was not in a hurry to fight he talks to the leader
and then only say anything
really i got no words for dani :/

i am here in LSSW from more than 1 and half year
and in BR from more than 1 year i never asked anyone that make me co leader or leader
i got promoted for my works my dedication some players
or ex leaders/co-leaders of BR left just they were not given the full power
the asked for that not here but privately
and you say i am not taking good decisions
i also thaught that when i was a member
and my frends got denied in front of my eyes who are more "PRO" than anyone u can think of
i dont wanna tell those names here
but i think you all know about

those members who applied for BR just cause i asked them
they got denied for no reason
just because BR only accepts player whom we can trust
not a skilled player make a app and get appcet for sure
skills dosent matter here not even 50%
BR is not a clan accepting peoples for skills

Michelin he just left cause He wanted to join a skilled clan
BR just want is a player who is friendly, helpfull, respectfull, truthfull, loyal
not a truely skilled player

they just dont show their presence but they still keep a eye on all the things
and Jay will get promoted soon cause of his work dedication and his will power

Angel is good as a server manager but leader should be more skilled at least.. It comes with tons of responsibilities.

agree with Misstre. Why? Because it's a truth. I think I'm the oldest one here except Robin_Vinci maybe and some guys who just visit forums but don't play. Do u remember times when CorZ was our leader. I think not everybody. CorZ was real pro and [BR] chief but he wasn't real leader for us. Lol? No, it's not funny. I remember CorZ as arrogant, selfish, bossy, assuming, unfriendly guy. Who was him? Just pro who saw the same as him pros. I can't call him a father of [BR] or its real leader, because we all should understand that a real leader is first of all friend for everybody. He can support u in ur crazy ideas or denie it or just have fun with u, so real leader thinks about everyone of his subordinate guys. I can't say that CorZ was a real leader he was just our boss who even fucked all the system because he was a real revolutionary and wanted to be out of rules. Example: he removed his [BR] tag. He wanted to be [BR] boss and head admin without even [BR] tag.
Ok, now about Grifas. I really loved this time when he was our leader. And I really can call him our leader. He was a friend for everybody, he was a good admin, with him u could have fun, he was helpful and understanding. Idk why he left us I just know that he made something bad against Faq and... the end. I think he was the best [BR] leader. I don't remember who was next, was it Pran or somebody else?? Idk. I remember new era of Pran I like it although Pran is the 2nd CorZ  It was a good period and I don't know what bad to say against Pran. Only that all the time he was calling me "crappy" xDD He was a real friend, but in these latter days he is almost always inactive...
So... times change. And it's time to go ahead. I think worth a look at Roxy as our new leader. I don't think that she will destroy our clan or something like that Changes for the better?

Let we clear something , im not here to replace Pranesh , no! I only offer my help thats all......he is alone and can't handle with everything . I don't know wht to answer of all members questions when i play about the clan and applications .
Michelin and blablabla left because powerfull clan , dude i dnt care . I dont care about such people who left his friends in difficult moment...so they think when leave the clan would be better? No explanation or anything just bye...well bye let they go . Join the server without tags ''hi guys'' and wait for answer ''hi''?...never...never from me.
Tellin about Ped Dep NWA and ect......wht u try to say? The Co Leader NWA is benned by me for hacks so u can see him only in the forum. Other who check the forum but dont take any attitude about the stuff which happen are useless....some how.
As Co Leader or something like im not gonna test the members , i can find who to do that if im not 2 skilled . If Jay get promotion would be cool , but let he say ''yes i want'' not ''no thanks''or ''wont''.
You have to treat more serious things you do.

I think the best thing we can do... is to give lorenzo leader and fuck it all up u know
