I got a lil' suggestion.

/ask, what it does? Well if player wants to ask admin something then admins can /answer his question

Maybe like that ? "{00CC00}[SENT]: {FFFFFF}Your question has been sent to online administrators."

And when they recieve "{FF0000}[ANSWER]: {FFFFFF}%s: and here it says the answer"

For those who doesn't know that %s or those FFFFF, it's for the server scripters.

They will know what it is

We have something like that you can just type /help and then click on "Ask a Admin".
