cant access my account

First of all iam happy the server is back on , but i really cant join the server due to a weird common problem ...

it says i enter an incorrect password which cant be possible cuz of me known it very well and entering everyday without changing it , iam sure i have done everything i can do with caps lock and other stuff , but i still cant access my account

can someone help me out here ??

Iam sorry if i bother u with this but when i successfully got into my account i found all my stats gone

so i would like to get a stats refund
