What were you doing when this bug occurs?: I was Driving the car to Ballas GAng , when i was near them , this bug happened

Its not a bug.
Its a cleo file which lets you fly away cars or stick them in the ground.

Yeah it wasn't caused by you. There were some dude called ...Rap... who was spawning those cars
