Right after carefully checking the vehicles database , you have never owned a rancher, and also you are not posting an ss of your stats ig from that name change so for that fact im not adding you a free vehicle , and the rest , has been set by the server rules that only by providing ss of your stats ig for a name change , or a refund can be then validated and refunded.
