Gang zones/turf wars – New takeover system added with command’s  /taketurf and / blowup

Turfs System:
New system that allow you to conquer turfs when you find the 2 skulls pickups using the command /taketurf and following the instructions
The second new ay is by blowing up the enemy gangs hq’s finding the red checkpoints and using the command /blowup
