Is the lag from the server

Teams are close to each other !! Like grove and ballas
The modifications near the ballas base are not important in this server ! (For what ?)
*Suggest : Add a simple ban system ! Hackers are making lag everywhere when you are not in the server
*2nd suggest :add a high ping kicker system (for examlpe more than 450 ping makes lag !)
*Solutions for the players :
-if you connect to the server, make sure that your enb-series is off !
-try to choose a slim skin (/cs) (like cj's skin)
-Make sure that your programs are perfect to your system comptability
-Don't watch the Por* movies(Virus ! Virus ! )
