Ive been banned !! o.0 Hacked by that WILD kid { Plz Read }

So i around like 11 am my time , me and my brother shadow was in the game and this kid was hacking in the loby, so i told him i was going to ban him and he private messaging me like ," Fu** off" stuff like that.. so i had got off to for like 4-5 hours because i had to go to basketball practice and now i come back (@7:34pm) and i join the server and it says i am evading my ban o.0 so im thinking i have been hacked ??? and some was using my acount
