Here is all what I know about CLEOs, those are the CLEOs are personally tried and experienced and it would be selfish if I don't share such information with my fellow admins who are working for the same cause which is busting hackers / cleors.

CLEO information / Name

NameTag Cleo - This is a basic CLEO which is most probably used by 90Percent of the players use it-.. it basically shows the names of the players through the wall and it is very helpful for running away and planning nice tactics if you know exactly where the player is hiding.

How to bust it - Just spec the player and notice how he acts when a player is following him or if he is following a player, see if he re-acts exactly as the player moves and fraps it for the proof.

Skin Aimbot Cleo - A CLEO well known and used much more than any other CLEOs-.. It locks on the player's skin and keep on following him. This is more successful with the 0.3z as it's sync shooting. The aimbot CLEO can be turned On / Off with the F12 button which makes it impossible to bust if the player suspects you to spec him.

How to bust it - Get in a duel with him on an alternate account and just some tips-.. Run around him as he locks on you or slide next to him, watch him 360 on you, and still hitting a shot or two. Another tip is make an admin duel him and as he locks his aim on it use /get [Admin's ID] to get the admin behind him, if the aim still locks and 360s on the admin dueling him, that's definetly aimbot, better fraps since the player might probably cry.
- NoSpread Cleo - This is a CLEO which makes your shots go STRAIGHT through your crosshair. For example, the MP5 AK47 M4 Deagle, if you aim at the wall and watch the sequence of the shots, it spreads around the full crosshair but with this cleo installed, the shots goes through your exact mid of the aim, making you hit all shots in spraying guns + deagle, no way to really bust this cleo however checking his PC might bust the hacker.
  - Anti-Stun shot Cleo - This is a CLEO which makes you vulnerable to getting stunned, you all know that there is a percentage where you get shot in a way that you get stunned and not move for like a second, well this CLEO doesn't let that happen, no matter how many time you shoot him while running or while standing still, the player doesn't get stunned.
    
    How to bust it - Spec the player for like 20 minutes straight, bait him into duels with other players and watch, if your doubts are true, ask him to let you check his PC, if he refuses, ban him and note the date-.. he will post a ban appeal, ask to check his PC again, he is not dumb so he might delete the CLEO files he had, that's when you counter him with the date you listed SINCE, folders on our PC notes down the date last modified, with that he is
    - FastWalk.cs - Another CLEO which gives you speed advantage while running, it can be toggled Off/On, when toggled on, your character runs twice as fast and also thrice. It is easy to bust, the player runs so fast and cops up with everything
      - Infiniterun Cleo - It's also a CLEO which is obviously illegal, it gives your charecter unlimited stamina, your charecter doesn't get tired and you can run at maximum speed forever.
        
        How to bust it - Sharp eye and longass specing.
