It seems like an ok idea, but what would be the real purpose of it? Eventually you'll get some -huge- number on your stats saying something like this "Player has damaged: 10,000,000 HP points" to me it would be kind of an eyesore, not only that but I'd image it might be a little tricky to script something that calculated exactly how much damage you've done to a player. Honestly, I think it's a good challenge to try and kill the person before anyone else gets that kill. I'm kind of sitting on the fence about this one.
