relax and enjoy

Alot of players(mostly new guys) just want to test out the server and learning commands
so u guys should make the /skydive place bigger and instead of /skydive it will be a place where all players can relax and play around with the cmds
(read my message about skydive: https://blackrevenge-forum.niceboard.com/t4647-skydivesuggestion#32751 )
the command to enter the place should be /relax
players should have no weapons when they come in this place
/shop should be invalid in this area cuz people will buy guns
the area should be closed and there must be no way out beside /exit
players can only type /relax after 20 seconds after they have been shot at to prevent death evading

thats about most of the problems and soulutions
