My Suggestion: /ask and /apm commands
ASK: /ask [Question] - sends message to admins that new players can ask something them! Message: (example - for player)
Your Message Was Sent To The Administrators.
(example - for admins) (reading)
ASK: Ped_Dep asked: "How To Buy Weapon?" - something like this. And ONLY Admins Can Read This.
...after /ask admins must have /apm command...
APM: /apm [PLAYERID] [MESSAGE] - sends Private Message to player but don't write your name! Should like this: (example - for player)
* Admin PM: To Buy Guns Use /shop.
(example - for admins)
* You have sent AdminPM to Ped_Dep: "To Buy Guns Use /shop."
