Suggestion Important Admin/Leadership

Hi , i think about this suggestion from really long time . As u know there is no greater understanding between the admins/Head Admins , so i think would be good idea if there is something like ''Leader''.....i know how sounds let me finish.

Let's take for example the BR applications ok?, so the applications get closed/denied before enough votes , or sometimes with most positve votes are denied , or without any vote which is unacceptable and the Leader can get point of that...this is just example. When i play i see the diffrents between the admins , is like high level can do anything even if is wrong and the low level admin need keep his mouth shut. Owners wont mess around because of known reasons...thats bad. Players can report to the leader about the person/admin , so he can take point of that without messing high levels/owners.


The Leader Admin must be trusted person chosen by the people in simple ''apply''. He can be admin from level 3 to level 6.
He can take attitude only in the moments when the other side is not right , or he think they are wrong.
The Leader Admin must have a permission to take a point in any single theme in the server or the forum.
People must respect the leader!
The Leader will be kicked after his first fault.

APPLICATION EXAMPLE: ''I want to be admin leader.'' - simple.
People which can vote are : normal server players , BR members without level , Admins with level 2 , The Owners . Other admins has no right to vote or post under this aplication!

The Way To Vote: The members can vote with question -''If i chose u do u promise to make [BR]Unknown to stop abusing his powers.....'' or any other question he want to ask , or vote with acceptable reason .

NOTE:After voting only owner can say Accept it or Denied . Owner can denied the application after many positive votes if he think that member is not good for a leader.

I just dont see the logic in making a non admin into leader admin.

+1 i highly recommending this suggestion because there is a lot of kids - people because they getting kill like the chicken when you eat it and it cry on your mouse ((i highly /support)) really nice suggestion angel you're awesome admin

I dont see reason why can not be accept it. This is the way owners to stay far from the problems in game and do their job free. The Leader Admin would be something like the right hand of the owners only in case  other side is wrong .
Lack you discipline.

Better is to find a way to get along with each other and appreciate your opinions. Otherwise you need a leader.

we dnt talk about trust here...u cant get my point or wont. We tak about equality between the members which missing...still the high rank can control but the decisions must be approved by all....not one person only!...no matter in the clan or some place else.

then what if a newbe in BR comes and fight for a app(after its denied)

Let we be clear and finish with all this. Everything i want and most members also but they afraid to say is that.: In the admin comunity and the clan must have understanding and respect . When i see how u insult me publicly , ignored and disrespect my opinion i said ''lol wtf is wrong with him?'' . U have to accept and appreciate the ppl votes or opinions like server maneger . U cant take decision alone i mean not everywhere and for all themes am i right? I ask ''personal friend'' to join our clan well he got kicked by hacks which maybe are used by u am i wrong? U ignore all people around and said ur opinion finally . If that was someone else friend he would be probably accept it with all hacks together , fine .

Server managers are here to take care of The LS-SW
and BR Leader's and co-leaders are here to take care of BR
i have made some ppl's co leader whom i aint gonna tell to anyone
i always ask them before taking a final decision
i never do anything alone
i always accept if i am at fault
and my opinion is nothing here
