| Go to host image, then get the file out of your
C:\Users\Public\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP\screens
Then find the image
Click host it
Now you should get the url copy and paste that in the text box

| Spectate should be there for level 1 admins(Basic Moderator/Trial Admin) too. | |
