FORUM RULES
These rules are now official. Those rules that are currently on the list are strictly watched and any person violating any of the following actions will be warned or punished.

No discussion topics regarding the forum rules should be made by anyone whatsoever.
You may only PM (forum) me a specific rule you'd like to speak about so I'd think about it and discuss it with Marwan and Faqahat.

Regarding BR members, same goes to you as the regular players - we're equal. Regarding the administrator team, you may discuss it in the administration group (Skype) ONLY or via my PM.

NO ADMIN (including Marwan and Faqahat) will edit this topic except me - unless there's certain point where I'd allow Faqahat or Marwan. So please keep in mind, that I'm generally taking care of this topic.

Those marked with a (*) in the end will be instantly marked with a forum warning.
Those marked with a (#) in the end will be instantly punished (depending on the action).

Forum warnings limit is 5 - after that it's a temporary ban.
2-3 (depending on the person) temporary bans will cause in a permanent ban.

- Any topic that shows hate or disrespect towards a specific group or individual is forbidden. *

- Double posting is NOT ALLOWED. Use the edit and button on your post to change.

- Provoking or encouraging hate/violence is strictly forbidden. *

- No copyrighted material shall be posted (exception for GTA mods and such). #

- No sharing of pirated files on forums or even discussion (including how to obtain them). #

- Pornographic material (images/videos) is not allowed. A person which is standing in a sexual pause may be added, but anything showing the private parts is strictly forbidden. #

- Graphic content of people being killed or hurt is forbidden unless it does not show much interference. #

- Use common sense.

-Illegal Content - No warez (and no-cd cracks, including any of the San Andreas game files or leaked content), illegal materials or pornography.#
- Respect fellow forum members and administrators.

, use it. However, bumping a topic in which you have or require further information is allowed after at least 24 hours. Note that two identical posts appearing at the same time is usually a mistake attributed to lag, and will not be penalizsed (but the second one will be removed).

- Forum warnings and punishments are FINAL - failing to comply will lead in a larger punishment. #

- Sharing accounts is strictly forbidden. If caught, all parties will be penalized (unless an admin has interfered). #

- No multi-accounting. If you want your name changed, post an application. If you forgot your password, use the forgot password option or contact anyone else. #

- You Must Use English Only On Every Place on Forum.

- Real Life and Gaming advertisements are strictly forbidden by any cost. #

- Do not bump old topics (that are left alone for more than 40-60 days). *

- Forum backseating is forbidden (it's when you're telling other's they are rulebreaking - it's an admins job to check the issue - PM if you got a complaint). *

- No plagiarism/copying others topic - this also includes copying ideas/being a wannabe. */#

- Do not use massive avatar/signatures or even the disturbing ones (constant flashing/etc). *

- Do not encourage admin decisions - only suggest it (this includes for BR members).

- Use a PROPER TOPIC TITLE. This means no lower-to-higher case letters or "OMGWTFBBQ Why the fuck ARE MY STATS GONE?!" *

- Impersonation of another staff member will lead into serious trouble. #

- Real life issues will lead into real life trouble (donation fraud, cyber-bullying, etc). #

- Sharing personal or private information (unless the person posts his own). #

- Posting with a high content of language is not tolerated (HIGH LANGUAGE - this is a forum associated with a 18+ GAME). *

- Always have a decent sense of humor - try not to seriously offend anyone when joking. *

- No forum riding - quitting and coming back a million times is regarded as attention-whoring. #

- Keep a decent amount of content in your signature - do not overload or post high content (YouTube, huge images, long text) - this rule applies to both height and width of your signature.

- Do not interfere in ANY forum report unless you're a WITNESS, REPORT ASSOCIATED ADMIN, REPORTER/REPORTED PERSON. *

Reporting Rulebreakers
If you notice a forum member who is breaking those rules, please report it to Forum Admin. . As mentioned above, DO NOT post in the topic stating that you think there is a rule violation going on. For one thing, you are not a moderator so even if you're right YOUR post is off-topic and thus also breaking rules, so you can get in trouble for reporting other people in that case. The other possibility is that you are wrong, and the post is not breaking any rules, in which case all that remains is one post that is perfectly fine, and another post that is off-topic and incorrectly accusing another user of breaking rules. In that case, who do you think will receive an infraction? Submitted reports that are wrong are simply discarded - we do not give out infractions for an inaccurate report.
