Levels are the sizes , and customization and interior of the houses the more higher level you buy the more cool and big house you will be get lets suppose you buy level 1 house you will get very small and low quality house and you buy 7 level you get good , cool and big house , as you want a custom house (Big smoke house) you will have to chose between level 8-10 If you buy level 10 House the house will be customized according to you new furniture new exterior more doors, with a custom car, About VIp We got a 8$ Package you can buy Get full Armour spawn a custom car, a VIp bike, a Vip colour, and Skin of your choice and much more. you can buy a custom houses here http://ls-sw.net/?page_id=28
