Weapons Problem (BUG)

1.Hello , well i made this topic because the weapons problem get worst than ever . 70% of the people get spawned with bat only , i try to give them weapons but they are too many .
2.The members who get spawned with weapons after driving a car lose them also .

So please pay attention on this bug and fix it before everything else , or bring the old weapon system back just for now . The people masive use /shop /shop /shop , /money /givemoney /needmoney /gm , /q /q /q .
Guys please i can't fix this , just don't understand nothing.

it doesn't give me weapon after spawned, even after i do /kill :/
oh and the spam protection too, i just said some wors and it warns me lolz

oh one more, is there any chance we can put our new ip on our old server ip? and i think you should update the server ip on forum.

EDIT= lol, i have to rejoin everytime i died, it doesn't give weapon after i died, even after /kill and rejoins, is it only happen to me?
