arriving or leaving [Forum suggestion]

I guy who was new, introduced him self to us on the forums in the everything and nothing section.

So i thought make a new section were people can introduce them self, and maybe tell something about them self's
Also if someone was going to be in-active or are leaving can make a post saying there leaving and why they are leaving

Rep me if you agree and it might just be added to the forums
