Banned don't know why

Hello, i got banned but i don't know the reason for this.

Before getting banned:

I was updating my computer, and than it will be slower, and sa-mp servers won't load fast. And fall into the ground teleported somewhere in groovestreet.
And than The server closed connection. I restarted the server, and read''You are banned from this server'' I really liked the server, i have just played it for 70 minutes or so.

Please unban me.
