Any thing new?

Sorry guys i was not playing sa-mp for a long time because of my exams. I hope many changes will be done in the server. Can any one tell me what are all the changes had made like changing of Rules or banning & about gang war, upgrading of vehicles, skins & new admins added & new [BR] members.

And i had some problems in my sa-mp,I was using sa-mp 0.3e & always when i enter the it says ''Server not responding''.I dont know why is this happening. Plz tell me why is this happening too.
