Hackers Report

I'm not IG from really long time until today , i join to play few hours for fun and i see hackers in any gang. When the players see me they start to report. I can't be admin i don't understand the commands , but simple ''kick ID'' will fix that if i can app for admin .
If you want me to donate tomorrow i will give you answer , but not for admin....i will donate for something else. I don't want to be admin because no one bothered to teach me i know that . I feel something between us is changing even when i say GM i get no response but is good im not mad . Anyway this is my request and report here .
