same when i try to log in it say connected joining the game and nothing happens after that Crying or Very sad

Hello,
This is a server freeze . which is happening since 10 days and we are working 24/7 to get rid of this issue hopefully we will be changing our Systems in the sever and will get rid of this issue by today or tomorrow .
