Explanation/reason: They both admited they had hacks, although one said he only used when hackers were around. I think this is stupid, hacking because others hack - if everyone thought like this everyone would be a hacker. This is just a warning for admins to keep an eye on them, because I bet if they feel frustrated they will toggle hacks on/off to not look suspicious but have an advantage.
