Russian's and admins's problem (If you're admin you must read it!)

Hello guys. My name is [BR]Slava_Chernous and i'd like to talk with you about the latest events on the server. Firstly your server became very popular between russians (because of me ) and every day a lot of new russian players visit your server. And with it there're a lot of new problems. Today i saw a new russian hacker and i want to report him firstly.

The Hacker's Name: Vlad_Valdovskeyy
Date when you saw him: September 9th, 2012
Reason: Flying hacks, health and armour hacks, money hacks
Note(Optional): Scape saw this guy and didn't do anything against him and why?

Now about problems:
1)Russian's problem:
You know that I'm only one russian in [BR] but also there are a lot of other active russian players who want join [BR] but they can't because they aren't understand english. That is why i think it will be good if you will add russian language on the forum as the second language (for example if people want to translate something they can use this)
2)and the second the main problem - Admin's problem
Guys you must do something with it. Almost always there aren't admins online. Why??? When you leave the server all the hackers start atack the server and they don't give us to play. It was when ADMINS left the server:
