Note(Optional): I was looking is he just lagging or something.But when 5 minutes passed,10 grove shooted at him and he didn t lose and damage(I was Grove)

By the way, you can tell he hacks if the message says he took some damage but his health doesn't go down, so you know if hes a lagger, or a hacker.
