Gang Count

you should make it so where there is a system that wont let you join a gang if its has way more players then other gangs i always see 10 people on and 2 are cops or 1 cop and 1 vla and 8 groove /force dont really work because they just pick groove again even when you tell them to even out teams or even a command /force 5 vago it will put the player into vago class or any gang class you choose so they cant pick groove again

You should create some cmd like /forbidgang. It almost like force, but it forbids them from joining the same gang again until they relog. It would be better than letting the system do all the job. As it may cause some bugs. I think there is a really similar filterscript somewhere on SAMP Forums. I'll try searching for it. But, you'll also need to rescript it.

Hmmm, I was thinking about making /setteam...
But i'll not be able to script it on the next days, maybe i'll do it on saturday.
