Advanced password system

I see a lot of accounts with passwords like 12345
Those passwords are easy to hack passwords, hackers would normally try that.

And i have seen maybe 20/40 accounts registered something similar to that password this evening.

So my idea would be to make the player have a long password, like "this passwords to weak".
Like you see on some websites, or if you only use numbers then it would say "you must use letters". or "you must use words".

Also some complete utter noobs use there own username as there password
So if they did that, it would say "You can't use your username as your password"

I don't know if this is to advanced for luiis to script nor do i know if it's even possible.

But feedback as always would be nice? And flaws in this system you could think of?

LOL,Yes he can.If a new player registers he gets a email with his pass and username.
