Have a command to buy a car /buycar
Then a menu comes up with which car you want to buy.

Also you can pimp your car and it would save.

Also adding neon
/neon
A menu comes down with all the neon colours you can have for bikes and cars.

+1 also if you do put to spawn cars should also have /park /lock to park your car so if it blows up it will be where you parked it at and lock it so no one else can take it and hide it
