Zelly the vid u gave is got noting to do with Aimbot.. Its just a shit created by skin shooting. You never know where your skin is if the oppsoite players got mass lag.. your skins location will be different for you and your enemy and if he hits your skin it will dmg u where ever you are... if he hit ur skin with 1000 pl and 1000 ping .... it will hit u from nowhere and in no time so its just a samp bug not aimbot :c

If I remember correctly, None of the 2 players in the duel are laggers of some sort. And Burning hell seems a bit desynced in the vid (You can tell this by him shooting the air, or having a delay of 3 seconds to react to Bear's movement) Usually what I do before I ban aimbotters, is to check their PL and ping, before I make a decision.

I gotta admit the video is laggy if I compare to others.
+I'm not in the staff team no longer, so the decision is for Ryan to make. Even though if it was up to me, I would unban and keep an close eye on him.

To be honest, I agree with Doc, Pran and Burn. That looks really laggy in that video, for me it isn't a clear enough proof to keep him banned as it is one person's word against another's.
