How to deal with ban evaders and /rban evaders

Lately they have been reports of people who are evading bans by changing there IP address.

This this how you deal with them - or how i do it

First you /freeze the hacker
Then /mute the hacker

Now wait for the hacker to get tired, when he leaves we will Win.

if he attempts this again,

just rinse and repeat, soon enough the guy will go to another server.

I prefer just to kick them or just ban them again,that way that ip they just changed gets banned...But this way works also...if you wanna torture them

but most of the players have static ip. thats the problem when a player gets banned!

Ban evaders just keep coming back you can't just keep banning them.
You have to do this sometimes
