reason: aimbot and health refill

proof: how can i get proof? this guy is too fast, and he aims right where im at, it's impossible to hit him. he also refills his health, i know because his health goes up (when you click his name in :TAB: and informations) also his health bar. i've reported him many times but it just seems he doesn't get ban. admins also refuse to ban him.

The guy that report will be checked immediately at the appearance of server administrators . '' can't recognize his hacks or use recorders to proof his hacks so he can get ban from high rang administrator without being ingame .

Hey i was doing you're report today but he left as i was about to ban him...... i was specing this guy and he clearly does aimbot i have to agree...
