ohhh as i saw that apply without to read it i think we found our next adm cause it looked very nice
but then i read it.. its not important that you hate to praise yourself its a good thing when you do it in your applys ( not only as adm) what would you say to your boss in a job when he askes you why should he give you the job..? its not good man

You are good guy, skilled, as i know from fighting with you, you are polite and all,
but i think this application isnt good enough.. You should know more about admin job before reapplying again
