Gang House and Locked Cars

i have suggestion for upcoming versions for LS-SW so here are some
1) Gang Houses u can buy and do /enter
2) Buy vehicles from a command /buyv and save tune your vehicle by command /ccar
and no one can drive or enter your vehicle only owner of the vehicle who buyed.

this is being added already, but not 'gang houses' just houses for individuals
