Lost Stats

Hey All!
Ther is a prob whit my Brother stats.
He have 2352 kills and 1854 deads and money 800000 but now he have nothing, LiveStrong tried to give him a score back but when he relog score was back to 0, pls can you fix this? ty for atention

hay i have now the same problem o.o redbull sayed to me that i should try /save stats and i did it but after a relog my score was alway 17 o.o
