Alright,when reporting a hacker,a screen shot is not enough evidence to prove that the player is hacking.
For us admins pictures can sometimes be a little evidence which is not enough for us to ban somebody.
Your reports will more likely have insufficient evidence provided in order to get somebody banned with a screenshot.

Here is a link for FRAPS which is registered.
Simply download and install,if somebody has a problem simply ask me,if you are lagging a lot while recording,go into the FRAPS settings and reduce FPS.
The options menu is pretty basic,you will get to chose a destination to save your clips,the hot keys needed to press in order to start recording.
