When you on the server do /stats and screen shot that for the ''Please tell us your in game stats'' and for ''What's your daily activity on the server'' It's asking you how many hours you play. Also no you don't have to pay to be in BR, you pay if you wanna be admin or wait for admin appilcations to come out. Fix you your apply and I will give you Pending.
