| -1 we cant stop /rban because this command for most dangerous hackers just like best_killer that is why we create /rban
if we see a hacker who hackes whole server and wants to lock the server and hase admin level and baning players fo no reason we use /rban | |

No ip is Ranged ban in our Data Base . All Countries are unlocked If you cant Join the Server that doesn't really means that your Range is Fully banned in our Data Base . | |
