When somebody is passenger in car or bike he can't be damaged. Many peoples abuse this like, driving with bike and when someone tries to 1vs1 him he goes to passenger seat and shoots with desert eagle and opponent will die in 5 seconds.. Can you fix that, if somebody is passenger in car or bike he will take damage, that would be fair.

Yeah thats a nice suggetion its a SAMP Bug but we will try our best to Debug this Problem .
