we should have a controller that controll the kill of gangs and the gang who reaches 50 kills they can change the map
Like:

Groves: 29 kills Ballas: 45 kills Azetcas: 40 kills BR clan: 49 kills Vagos: 20 kills Army: 25 kills Mafia :37 kills Tridas: 19 kills

and the one who reaches 50 kills first has the power to choose the map
