First of all, if you want to get unbanned from the server you have to make an unban appeal.
I don't know who you are because you didn't give me your identity, and they is no possible way to drive by inside a car.

Can't /shop in a car
Can't use guns because of "Anti drive by"
So until I get some proof of this so called "Bug" I will take you seriously.
The only known possible way of doing driver drive-by is by hacking, which is why you're banned.
