Server restart warning, Removing some BR advantages, Being able to buy cars.

Whenever we restart the server, i see a massive amount of players leave.
So i think if we tell them they is going to be a restart, so when we restart the server a message comes up like an announcement (/announce)

We are restarting the server Please don't leave

This will stop many people from leaving, because players that are new to samp servers will have a warning and they will know exactly whats going on.

A huge thing non BR members say is, BR members have armour, so it's not fair.
So please can we get the Armour removed, then all the teams are balanced, and not every single player who joins the server will apply for BR just for the extra armour and advantages.

Lastly a huge thing many people tell me WHY THEY NO BUY CARZ CORZ?


So luiis add them before people start to make me rage

Remove armour?...... -1 for that;Cauz to top it all we have only 50% armour..
