Lost my Paypal money

Heloo i want to tell you guys all the donations sent to us are lost i had
398$ in my Paypal account next time i loged in my paypal it says to enter my bank account number whenm i enter it says i entered a wron bank account i mailed paypal about it but idnt Recive any reply if you want to donate in future please dont use older buttons i made an other account on paypal
